Delta Dunia subsidiary agrees to buy 51% of Australia's Dawson Complex

JAKARTA, Nov 25 (Reuters) - Indonesian miner PT Delta Dunia Makmur , through its PT Bukit Makmur International subsidiary, has agreed to acquire 51% of Dawson Complex in Australia for $455 million, it said on Monday.

Dawson is a part of Anglo American's steelmaking coal portfolio, Delta said.
