Sembcorp Industries (SGX:U96) bought back 565,000 shares in the open market on Friday for SG$3.0 million or SG$5.26122 apiece, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The energy and industrial development company has been authorized to repurchase 35.7 million shares under its current mandate. To date, it has bought back 3.8 million shares.
