Pointerra (ASX:3DP)

The technology company named Andrew Gee as non-executive chairman, effective immediately, succeeding Neville Bassett, who is retiring.

Eagle Mountain Mining (ASX:EM2)

Eagle Mountain Mining is preparing for large-scale drilling targets with high-grade outcrops at its Silver Mountain project in Arizona, with drill permits received within two months of application. Meanwhile, shallow geophysical anomalies have been identified at the Wedgetail project in Arizona.
