--Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky's planned 3.57 billion pounds ($4.53 billion) takeover of Royal Mail owner International Distribution Services is close to completed and could be confirmed in the next two weeks, the BBC reports, citing unnamed sources.
--The British Broadcasting Corporation said that Kretinsky's EP Group has agreed to more concessions to get the deal cleared, although it still needs approval from the U.K. government under the National Security and Investment Act.
--EP Group declined to comment. The U.K. Department for Business was also contacted by the BBC for comment.
