OHLA froze dividend payments for five more years, the Spanish newspaper el Economista reported on Monday.

CLINICA BAVIERA CBAV.MC

The company reported late on Friday third quarter net profit was 28 million euros ($29.33 million).

DURO FELGUERA MDF.MC

The company said it had received a notification on November 10 of an arbitration request filed by Sonelgaz Production d'Electricité $(SPE)$ over contract suspension.

SANTANDER SAN.MC

Morgan Stanley raised its recommendation to "overweight" from "equal-weight".

CAIXABANK CABK.MC

Morgan Stanley cut its recommendation to "equal-weight" from "overweight".
