0835 GMT - S.F. Holding is likely to expand its presence abroad to boost sales growth, Morningstar analyst Chelsey Tam says in a research note. The Chinese courier already has a footprint in a range of logistics services, but domestic demand, especially for express delivery, is slowing, the analyst says. She expects the company to expand in countries with better sales-growth potential if opportunities arise. S.F. may also motivate and reward overseas employees through future stock-incentive plans in H shares, the analyst says. Morningstar has a fair-value estimate of HK$61.80 on the stock, which ended unchanged at HK$34.30. (tracy.qu@wsj.com)
