ICAPE Group (ISIN code: FR001400A3Q3 - Ticker: ALICA), a global technology distributor of printed circuit boards ("PCB") and custom-made electromechanical parts, today announced it will be acquiring a minority shareholding in Jiva Materials Ltd, a UK-based innovator and the developer of Soluboard$(R)$ - the world's first fully biodegradable PCB substrate.

Jiva Materials is revolutionizing the electronics market with Soluboard(R) , a groundbreaking PCB material designed to dissolve in water at end-of-life. This innovation paves the way for easier recycling and significantly reduces the environmental impact of electronic products.

Building on their shared commitment to sustainable electronics, Jiva and the ICAPE Group have agreed that the ICAPE Group's excellent PCB factory in Malmö, Sweden will be one of the key fabrication facilities in Europe for the development of Jiva's Soluboard(R) PCB moving forward.
