LONGi Green Energy Technology (SHA:601012) said Chair Zhong Baoshen is planning to increase his shareholding in the company by at least 100 million yuan within 12 months.
Zhong held 104,648,106 shares, or a 1.38% stake, in the solar wafer manufacturer as of Monday, according to a Tuesday filing on the Shanghai bourse.
Shares of LONGi Green rose 3% in recent trade.
