** Stock hits its highest level since Oct. 29

** Critical metals explorer announces deal with U.S.-based metals supplier Indium Corp

** Under deal, co will process scrap metals rich in gallium, indium, germanium and tin, provided by Indium

** Says deal "aligns with U.S. efforts to establish a secure domestic supply of critical materials"

** About 17.5 mln shares change hands, compared with the 30-day average volume of around 3.4 mln

** Stock up 30.9% YTD, including session's move
