China Galaxy Securities or CGS (HKG:6881) completed the issue of 4 billion yuan of short-term commercial paper on Thursday, a same-day bourse filing said.
The commercial paper has a final coupon rate of 1.89% and will fall due in 181 days.
The proceeds from the issue will be used by the brokerage and investment bank to supplement its working capital.
