Chinese food delivery giant Meituan beats quarterly revenue estimatesSHANGHAI, Nov 29 (Reuters) - China's largest food delivery firm Meituan 3690.HK posted a bigger-than-expected 22.4% rise in third-quarter revenue on Friday, defying sluggish Chinese consumption.
Meituan, which has an app that provides services as varied as bike-sharing, ticket-booking and maps, reported revenue in the three months to Sept. 30 at 93.58 billion yuan ($12.94 billion), up from 76.47 billion yuan in the same period a year earlier.
