Hainan Haiqi Transportation Group (SHA:603069) invested 9 million yuan for the establishment of the tentatively named subsidiary Hainan Haiqi Kaimai Auto Repair Service.
This comprises 60% of the vehicle repair and maintenance joint venture's equity of 15 million yuan, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
