KULR Technology Group (KULR) said Wednesday its board agreed to include bitcoin as a primary asset in its treasury program.
The company said it will allocate up to 90% of its surplus cash to bitcoin, with such acquisition to depend on market dynamics and expected cash flow requirements.
KULR shares fell more than 12% in recent trading.
