Sichuan Expressway's (SHA:601107, HKG:0107) subsidiary, Sichuan Zhonglu Energy, agreed to continue purchasing refined oil from PetroChina's (HKG:0857, SHA:601857) Sichuan sales branch in 2025, according to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing on Nov. 29.
The parties current contract will expire on Dec. 31, the Chinese highway operator said.
The total amount of the purchase is expected not to exceed 1.49 billion yuan during the validity of the contract, which will be from Jan. 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
PetroChina's Hong Kong shares slipped more than 1% in recent trade.
