Array Technologies appointed H. Keith Jennings as its next chief financial officer.

The provider of tracker solutions and services for utility-scale solar energy projects said Jennings would join the company Jan. 6. He previously served as executive vice president and CFO for Weatherford International from 2020 to 2022.

Jennings will get an initial annual base salary of $500,000, an annual cash incentive bonus at a target level of 80% of his base salary, a one-time cash payment of $100,000 to assist with relocation expenses, and a one-time equity grant valued around $500,000 in the form of time-based restrict stock units, according to a securities filing. He is also eligible for other financial targets and incentives.

Array in June disclosed that Kurt Wood was departing from his role as CFO after taking over the position about six months prior.
