Kingkey Financial to Sell 30% Stake in Subsidiary at Nominal Consideration

Kingkey Financial International (Holdings) (HKG:1468) agreed to sell 30% of the interest of its subsidiary, KKF Holdings, to Piroon Shinawatra at nominal value as consideration, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The company seeks to establish a strategic collaboration with Shinawatra targeting green energy projects, including securing financing for establishing a green energy facility.

The purchaser is a finance and strategic management expert in the U.S. and Thailand's markets, specializing in renewable energy and sustainable development initiatives.
