Hangzhou Anysoft Information Technology (SHE:300571) signed a cooperation agreement with smartphone maker ZTE (HKG:0763, SHE:000063) for the Yunnan Unicom smart computing project, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Sunday.
Under the deal, ZTE will give priority to purchasing related computing power services from Anysoft IT if it wins the bid for the project.
Both parties will also cooperate in expanding new intelligent computing project opportunities in China's Yunnan Province, the telecommunications services provider said.
Anysoft's shares closed less than 4% higher.
