A federal judge in San Francisco accepted the SEC's view of how to apply a legal test for determining which investments are securities. "Trump's Return Heralds Litigation Peace for Crypto -- WSJ" at 5:30 a.m. ET on Dec. 1, incorrectly said the judge was in Seattle.

    Stocks should be traded like cryptocurrency.   It's far more efficient to trade crypto than stocks. So every stock should have its own crypto backed by stock at 1:1.  So for example Nvidia could have its own Nvidia crypto where each coin is back by 1 share of Nvidia stock at 1:1.
