Bumble CFO Anuradha Subramanian to Step Down in March 2025

Bumble (BMBL) said in a regulatory filing Monday that Chief Financial Officer Anuradha Subramanian is set to resign on March 14, 2025 to pursue other opportunities.

The company said it has begun a search process to identify the next CFO.

Bumble also said in a statement that Chief Marketing Officer Selby Drummond intends to step down next month to pursue a new opportunity outside the company.

The company appointed Neil Shah to the newly created position of chief business officer, effective immediately. Shah has served as an advisor to the company and was chief operating officer and head of business operations at Slack.

Bumble reaffirmed its revenue outlook of $256 million to $262 million for Q4 and about $1.07 billion for 2024. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $260 million in Q4 and $1.07 billion for the full year.
