Indie Semiconductor (INDI) said Wednesday it priced a $190 million private offering of 3.50% convertible senior notes due 2029 to institutional buyers.
The offering was upsized from $175 million, the company said.
Indie has granted initial purchasers an option to purchase up to $28.5 million of additional notes.
The offering is expected to close on Friday.
The company intends to use the net proceeds for working capital, general corporate purposes, and to fund the cost of the capped call transactions.
