BGC Group (BGC) said Tuesday it sold Capitalab to technology firm Capitolis for gross proceeds of $46 million.
The amount, which is subject to limited post-closing adjustments, represents a revenue multiple of about 7.5 times, BGC said.
The financial services company said the one-time gain related to the sale will be included in its consolidated results under US GAAP but will be excluded from its adjusted earnings results.
BGC shares were down 1.3% in premarket activity Tuesday.
