Fluor on Monday appointed John Regan chief financial officer.
Regan, who currently serves as Fluor's executive vice president and chief accounting officer, will succeed CFO Joe Brennan, who will retire from the company effective July 1 after more than three decades of service at the company.
Regan will begin his position at the Irving, Texas-based engineering and construction company effective March 1, said the company. He is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in finance, and prior to Fluor he served as the chief financial officer for oil-and-gas companies Alta Mesa and Vine Oil & Gas.
Under its new leadership, Fluor aims to drive its capital allocation plans and pursue demand-driven growth opportunities, said Chief Executive David Constable.
