Foresight Autonomous Holdings (FRSX) said Friday that it has signed a multi-phase agreement with South Korean electric bus manufacturer Bumhan Motors to develop 3D perception tools for semi- and fully autonomous electric buses.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The partners intend to finalize a commercial agreement by the end of Q1, Foresight said.
