WESCO International (WCC) said Friday it completed its purchase of Ascent, a data center facility management service provider.
Wesco Chief Executive John Engel said that Ascent's engineering and design expertise "extends our suite of capabilities and solutions."
With 300 employees, Ascent generated $115 million in sales in the year ending June 30 and has a three-year sales compound annual growth rate of more than 30%, Wesco said.
