W. R. Berkley Corporation Declares Special and Regular Quarterly Cash Dividends

GREENWICH, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--December 06, 2024-- 

W. R. Berkley Corporation $(WRB)$ announced today that its Board of Directors declared a special cash dividend on its common stock of 50 cents per share to be paid on December 27, 2024 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 16, 2024. The special dividend announced today is the third in 2024.

In addition, the Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 8 cents per share to be paid on December 27, 2024 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 16, 2024.

Including the dividends announced today, the special and regular quarterly cash dividends paid year-to-date, and shares repurchased through September 30, 2024, total capital returned to shareholders during 2024 is approximately $768.2 million.
