TMC Life Sciences' (KLSE:TMCLIFE) board completed the independent domestic inquiry regarding the charges against the group chief executive officer, Puan Nadiah, and found her liable.
Following deliberation, the panel found her guilty of all five charges of misconduct, according to a Wednesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The board will now proceed with the next phase of the disciplinary process and take an appropriate action.
The healthcare company will make further announcements in due time.
