European Space Agency's sun-studying Proba-3 mission launches on ISRO rocket
BENGALURU, Dec 5 (Reuters) - The European Space Agency launched Proba-3, a cutting-edge Sun-observing mission, aboard the Indian Space Research Organisation's flagship rocket on Thursday, advancing global efforts to understand the economic and technological risks of space weather.
The launch, originally scheduled for Wednesday, was delayed due to a technical snag.
