Etsy has named its next chief financial officer, one of numerous changes issued at the highest levels of the company.

The e-commerce company named Charles Baker as its next CFO, effective Jan. 1. He succeeds Rachel Glaser, whose retirement was announced in late July. Glaser will step down as CFO on Dec. 31, but will continue in an advisory capacity through June 30.

Baker previously served as chief operating officer of event management company Eventbrite. He will receive a base salary of $525,000 a year, a one-time sign-on bonus of $140,000, and awards in the form of equity valued around $7.7 million, among other forms of compensation, according to a securities filing.

Other executive changes disclosed Thursday include the appointment of Kruti Patel Goyal as its next president and chief growth officer in addition to continuing to serve as chief executive officer of subsidiary Depop.

Raina Moskowitz is slated to depart as chief operating and marketing officer, though she and the company had reached an agreement to stay until Jan. 3 and then be available to consult through March 31.

Rachana Kumar will end her time as chief technology officer as of Dec. 31. She will serve in an advisory capacity, which may extend through June 30.
