Shandong Yuma Sun-Shading Technology (SHE:300993) will invest $40 million to establish a subsidiary and build a factory in Vietnam, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Monday.
The investment will be made through the Chinese window decoration products manufacturer's Singaporean subsidiary Goldsun Holdings.
The factory will produce functional sunshade new materials, the filing added.
