G.H.Y Culture and Media (SGX:XJB) conducted an internal restructuring of its subsidiaries, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The entertainment company incorporated an indirect associated company, Shenzhen Changxin Film and Media, in China with an issued and paid up capital of 3.0 million yuan.
Meanwhile, G.H.Y Culture and Media Japan, G.H.Y Culture and Media IMS, G.H.Y Culture and Media ISK and Tianjin Ruyang Film and Media were struck off to streamline the group's corporate structure, the filing said.
