Chengdu Sino-Microelectronics Tech (SHA:688709) released a new analog-digital converter, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The converter is an 8-bit 64G ultra-high-speed analog-to-digital converter with a sampling rate of 50 gigasamples per second, the filing said.
Analog to digital converters are used in Internet-of-Things systems, among other applications.
Shares closed 14% higher during Tuesday's trading.
