Zentek Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Rule; Shares Rise

Zentek (ZTEK) said Monday it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Stock Market's minimum bid price requirement.

The intellectual property technology company said the minimum bid price of its shares has been above $1 for the last 11 consecutive business days, meeting Nasdaq's requirement for continued listing.

Zentek shares were up 3.2% at $1.13 in recent trading.
