Fitch Ratings has given expected ratings to Triton Bond Trust 2024-3 Series 1's mortgage-backed pass-through floating rate notes, according to a Thursday release.

The ratings include AAA(EXP)sf long-term ratings to the class A1-AU, A1-AU-G, and A2 notes as well as NR(EXP)sf ratings to class AB, B, C, D, E, and F notes.

Columbus Capital originated the pool of residential full-documentation conforming mortgage loans backing the issuance.

Perpetual Trust will issue the notes as trustee.

The ratings reflect the credit enhancement that acts as buffers for expected AAAsf losses as well as narrow liquidity risk, among other factors.

Meanwhile, Australia's retained economic growth and tight labor market anchor portfolio performance despite interest rate increases in the past years.
