Powerlong Real Estate Holdings' (HKG:1238) contracted sales for November amounted to 987 million yuan, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The contracted sales area for the month reached 76,220 square meters, the filing said.
For the 11 months to November, the group recorded a total contracted sales value and total contracted sales area of 11.7 billion yuan and about 1.1 million square meters.
