KE to Engage Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems for Cloud, Technical Services

KE Holdings (HKG:2423) engaged Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems, a subsidiary of Tencent (HKG:0700) for the provision of cloud and technical services for three years, a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

Under the agreement, Shenzhen Tencent Computer Systems will provide services including cloud servers, cloud-native technologies, cloud object storage, cloud database, live streaming, video on demand, cloud communications, cloud security, and domain name resolution services among others.

The agreement starts on Jan. 1, 2025, and expires on Dec. 31, 2027.

The annual caps proposed for the service fees are 338 million yuan for 2025, 394 million yuan for 2026, and 462 million yuan for 2027.
