Archer-Daniels-Midland (ADM) said Wednesday its board approved an extension of a stock repurchase program. leaving almost 114.8 million shares remaining for buybacks through 2029
The board authorized an additional 100 million shares for the stock buyback program following purchases, expansions and additions related to the original five-year plan for 100 million shares that started Jan. 1, 2015.
Shares of Archer-Daniels-Midland rose 1.5% in recent Wednesday trading.
