Unilever CFO Fernando Fernandez to Take on Additional Responsibility

MT Newswires Live12-09

Unilever (UL) said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Fernando Fernandez will assume additional responsibility, including oversight of supply chain and procurement, digital and technology and business services.

Fernandez's fixed pay will increase by 7.5% to reflect the increased scope of his role, the company said.

The expanded role stems from the appointment of Reginaldo Ecclissato, current chief business operations and supply chain officer, as president of One Unilever Markets, the company said.

The company also said that current Chief Procurement Officer Willem Uijen has been named chief supply chain officer.

The changes will take effect Jan. 1, 2025, Unilever said.
