Dover named Chris Woenker as its chief financial officer, succeeding Brad Cerepak, who plans to retire Jan. 31.

Woenker, who will additionally serve as a senior vice president, most recently served as CFO of the company's engineered products and climate and sustainability technologies units, the equipment, components and specialty systems manufacturer said Monday.

Woenker joined the company in March 2013, having since held several positions of increasing responsibility. He will work closely with current CFO Cerepak through the 2024 fiscal year financial closing in preparation for his new role, the company said.
