Geely Automobile's (HKG:0175) electric and hybrid truck-making unit, Zhejiang Geely Farizon New Energy Commercial Vehicle, partnered with automotive distributor Jameel Motors to distribute new energy vehicles in the UK, according to a Wednesday press release on Jameel's website.
Farizon's SV large van will spearhead the brand's debut in the UK market, with sales starting in the first half of 2025.
Jameel Motors, owned by Saudi Arabia's Abdul Latif Jameel Group, also plans to introduce Farizon to several other countries in Europe, the release said.
