Ouster (OUST) said late Tuesday it will transfer the listing of its common stock and warrants to Nasdaq from the New York Stock Exchange.
The company said it expects to start trading as a Nasdaq-listed firm on Dec. 23.
Following the transfer to Nasdaq, Ouster's common stock will continue to trade under the symbol "OUST."
