3D Systems (DDD) said Thursday it has agreed to sell its Geomagic software portfolio to Hexagon's manufacturing intelligence division for $123 million.
The deal is expected to complete in H1 2025, subject to regulatory approval.
The sale follows 3D Systems' strategic review of its software investment strategy. After the deal, the company will focus on its software platforms that are core to customer adoption and application of its 3D printing technologies, it said.
