JinkoSolar Holding (JKS) said late Tuesday its board approved the upsizing of the company's share repurchase program to $350 million from $200 million.
The company said it has also extended its share repurchase program through June 30, 2026.
The company repurchased about $134.5 million of the ADSs authorized under the previous program and can repurchase up to about $215.5 million of shares under the extended program, it said.
