Bosch Nears Deal to Sell Security Assets to Triton, Bloomberg Reports, Citing Sources

--Robert Bosch is nearing a deal to sell some of its security-systems operations to private equity firm Triton Partners, valuing the assets at about 700 million euros ($737 million), Bloomberg reports, citing sources.

--The potential move comes as the German parts supplier continues to trim its portfolio, Bloomberg reports, adding a divestment agreement could be reached as soon as this week, according to its sources.
