Major digital assets were mixed Thursday with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) hovering around $100,000.
The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks 126 digital assets, rose 1.2% in the past 24 hours. The Nasdaq 100 was 0.6% lower in late trade, while both the S&P 500 and Dow Jones Industrial Average dropped 0.4%.
Bitcoin eased 1.4% to $100,177, according to CoinMarketCap data. The most popular cryptocurrency's 24-hour trading volume shrank 16% to $73.37 billion.
Ethereum (ETH-USD), the second-largest digital asset by market value, climbed 1.6% to $3,889.
XRP (XRP-USD) shed 1.7%, while Solana (SOL-USD) edged up 0.1%.
BNB (BNB-USD) added 0.4% and Cardano (ADA-USD) gained 4.1%, while Dogecoin (DOGE-USD) lost 1.8%.
The US 10-year Treasury yield closed at 4.324%, up from Wednesday's close of 4.269%, while the five-year yield rose to 4.176% from 4.133%.
The total market value of the cryptocurrency industry decreased 0.3% in the past 24 hours to $3.61 trillion. Total trading volume fell 8% to $211.86 billion.
