Invitation Homes raised its dividend 3.6% to 29 cents a share from 28 cents a share.
The new payout, equal to $1.16 a year, represents an annual yield of 3.5% based on Thursday's closing price of $33.18.
The single-family leasing and management company said the dividend will be paid on Jan. 17 to shareholders of record of its common stock as of the close of business on Dec. 26.
