TOTM Technologies Appoints Independent Non-Executive Chairman

TOTM Technologies (SGX:42F) appointed Phang Yew Kiat as independent non-executive chairman, effective Dec. 16, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Phang is co-founder and non-executive chairman at Acore Capital Investments. He also served as vice chairman and chief executive officer of Chong Sing Holdings FinTech Group from July 2014 to April 2020.

He will chair TOTM Technologies' nominating and remuneration committees and join the audit committee.
