Archer Aviation (ACHR) filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday for the resale of up to 93.6 million class A common shares by selling shareholders from time to time.
Selling shareholders include Stellantis and Citadel, according to the filing.
The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares by selling stockholders.
Shares of Archer Aviation were up 12% in recent trading.
