XTC New Energy Materials Xiamen (SHA:688778) partnered with Sunwoda Power Technology, a unit of Sunwoda Electronic (SHE:300207), to develop a series of new energy battery materials for solid-state batteries, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosure on Friday.
Under the collaboration, the Chinese new materials producer will use its profound smelting process technology and equipment, while Sunwoda Power will develop solid-state electrolyte materials.
XTC's shares dropped less than 6% and Sunwoda Electronic's shares slipped more than 2% in recent trade.
