Beijing Dynamic Power (SHA:600405) plans to establish a subsidiary in Beijing for 10 million yuan, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Saturday.
The subsidiary, which is yet to be named, will provide technology development services and will sell communication equipment, electronic components, integrated circuits and other similar products.
The company's shares jumped 6% in recent trade.
