Broadridge Financial Solutions on Monday said it has named Ashima Ghei as its permanent chief financial officer, removing the interim tag she has carried since July 1.

Ghei, who had been serving as chief financial officer of Broadridge's investor-communication-solutions segment, stepped in as interim finance chief of the Lake Success, N.Y., company after Edmund Reese left to take the top finance post at professional-services company Aon.

Ghei joined Broadridge in January 2022 after an 18-year stint with American Express.
